Learn to prepare healthier meals on any budget for one or many.  Classes are designed for the age group that will be in attendance.  If you are an individual or family looking for a class or if your group would like to host a class please fill out the information request form on this page.

  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 4 medium bell peppers
  • 1 can (15.5 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
